Terms of use
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the DZ-MeNU platform, which lets a venue publish its menu online, generate a QR code, appear in a public directory and receive reservation requests.
Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Account and organisation
An account belongs to a person and is attached to an organisation, which may group several venues up to the limit of the chosen plan.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Sign-in with Google is optional and grants access only to the identity information needed to create the account.
The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Published content
You alone are responsible for the content you publish: names, descriptions, prices, photographs. You warrant that you hold the rights to the images you upload.
Any unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or content harming a third party's rights, is prohibited. We may remove manifestly unlawful content and, where warranted, suspend the account.
Displayed prices bind the venue towards its customers.
4. End-customer data
Table reservations collect the customer's name, phone and, optionally, e-mail. This data is processed solely on the venue's behalf; the venue is the data controller and DZ-MeNU acts as processor.
It is used only to manage the reservation and its confirmation, kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Visitor likes and favourites rely on an anonymous identifier, with no account.
Any person may request access to, correction of, or erasure of their data by writing to the venue or to our support.
5. Calendar and attachments
Calendar sync (Google Calendar, Calendly) is optional. It only accesses the events created for reservations; access tokens are encrypted and the link can be revoked at any time from the dashboard or from your Google account.
Messaging lets you correspond with our team, attachments included. Only upload documents you are entitled to share.
6. Availability and backups
We strive for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Backups are taken daily and their restoration is tested; this is not an absolute guarantee against any loss.
Planned maintenance downtime is announced in advance.
7. Suspension and termination
When a trial or a licence expires, menus leave public display and editing is blocked, but nothing is deleted: activating a licence restores everything unchanged.
You may delete a venue, and therefore all of its data, from your dashboard; the action is immediate and permanent.
We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms.
8. Liability
DZ-MeNU provides a publishing and reservation tool; running the venue, the accuracy of its menu and the welcome of its customers rest with the venue alone.
We cannot be held liable for content published by venues nor for the use an end customer makes of the information displayed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Oran, failing an amicable settlement.
We may amend these terms; a substantial change is announced by e-mail at least thirty days before it takes effect.
